By booking a 1:1 coaching session with Excpect, you agree to the following:
Refunds - before the session: If you change your mind, you're entitled to a full refund as long as you let me know at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are treated the same as a missed session (see below) and are not refunded.
Refunds - after the session: Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable. Coaching is a service provided in real time - once you've received it, the session cannot be "returned."
If I can't deliver: If I'm unable to hold your session within one month of booking, you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
Missed sessions: If a time has been agreed and I'm ready and available, but you miss the session (oversleeping, forgetting, etc.) without giving notice, no refund will be given for that session.
Rescheduling: Need to change your session time? No problem - just let me know at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, and we'll find a new slot. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may not be accommodated and will be treated per the missed session policy above.
Privacy
When you book a 1:1 session, I collect the following information:
This information is used solely to prepare for and deliver your coaching session, and to contact you regarding your booking. It is not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. Data is stored securely and is not retained longer than necessary for providing the service.
If you'd like your data deleted at any point, just email me and I'll take care of it.
